Attitude matters most; the world is run by those who show up. 

All successful programmes and projects I have been part of have depended on a few pivotal individuals who show up, both physically and mentally, to bring new ideas and to take ownership of issues and accountability for delivery. 

Towsu came from the idea of gathering only The Ones Who Show Up.  The question I want to explore is how much positive impact we can make and how much fun we can have in such a group.
