Outputs not inputs

Neither imparting experience nor thinking creatively to solve a problem are best done against the clock on a billable hour basis. We'll agree a price for a level of support over a period of time to achieve a goal.

All fees are always at risk based on client satisfaction.

Our team

Towsu is starting as one person with a great network to call on as needed. The team will grow by invitation only as the work supports security of income for additional colleagues. We are here to support capability, not as additional capacity for hire. So no pyramids of people and no 'land and expand' - just experienced people with a proven track record of being 'the ones who show up' when times get tough.

Mark has 25 years of experience delivering consulting and technology services to the public sector. Mark led a £500m UK and Ireland public sector business for a global consultancy and was COO for a $1.5bn European business. Mark founded Towsu to do the work he loves in the way he thinks can have most positive impact for his clients.
